01 / Describe the place.
Share the country, project location and whether you are lighting a road, garden, courtyard, sports area or working yard. Tell us how the space is used after dark and whether there are nearby homes, traffic or other sensitive surroundings.
02 / Outline the scope.
- Lighting family: street, solar street, garden or floodlighting.
- Approximate quantity or the areas you need to cover.
- New installation or replacement; existing poles, mounting positions and power supply if known.
- Dimensions, mounting heights and any drawing or BOQ available to your team.
03 / Explain the requirements.
Include any target lighting levels, glare or spill-light limits, operating hours, controls, destination-market requirements and documents your consultant or purchasing team needs to review. State what is fixed and what can still be discussed.
For solar street lighting, add the site location, shading conditions and expected nightly operating schedule. The configuration needs to be reviewed for the actual site.
04 / Send the enquiry.
Use the project notebook or email sales@newpengfeilighting.com. You can list up to five BOQ or drawing files in the form. It sends their names and sizes only. After the request is accepted, use the email link to attach the actual files with your enquiry reference.
05 / Confirm the proposal.
The selected model, configuration, available documents, quantity, pricing, payment, shipping and timing are confirmed for your project in writing. A scene image or series description is not a technical submittal or a quotation.
